Break
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Prayer: The heart of healthy multiplication
Prayer is the breath of the church and the source of all fruit. Why is it so hard for us to pray? How can we regain our passion for prayer? Join this workshop as we explore these very questions.
Deacons: Strengthening the body through grace
Deacons display the face of the Gospel through practical service. In this workshop, we will understand how their role, firmly anchored in Scripture, supports spiritual growth and church multiplication.
Women who multiply grace
God uses women, equipped by the Word, to make disciples and strengthen the Body. In fact, even the ministry of Jesus Christ on this earth was continually supported by the gifts and service of women. In this workshop we will see how the Gospel gives women identity, gifts, and purpose for the good and maturity of the church.
Music and corporate worship
Music is not the goal but the vehicle through which we proclaim Gospel truths. We invite you to explore how congregational singing can exalt Christ and shape a healthy culture of worship.
A disciple’s journey: from living to multiplying
Discipleship does not stop at personal experience but is meant to multiply. In this workshop we will view discipleship through the eyes of a disciple in formation and discover how living out faith daily becomes a catalyst for multiplying other disciples of Christ.

Expository preaching: The engine of discipleship
The Word of God faithfully preached is the means by which the Spirit forms disciples. This workshop will help us understand why expository preaching is essential for a Gospel-centered, disciple-making church.
The church facing culture
The Gospel teaches us to be in the world but not of it. The Gospel sends us into all the world to make disciples of all nations without compromising our Christian calling and identity. In this workshop, we will analyze how Christ’s disciples can navigate cultural tensions with discernment and faithfulness to the Word.
Multiplying discipleship: From conversion to forming other disciples
The Gospel not only saves but also sends. The Gospel not only redeems but equips the saints for serving others. In light of the Gospel, we will learn how to form disciples who carry forward Christ’s message and multiply the work.
Church children: the force of multiplication
The teaching of the Gospel sown from childhood builds long-term disciples. A home filled with the cries and laughter of children is a home with a future. In this workshop we will see how ministry with children forms future leaders and servants of the Kingdom.
Media ministry in the service of the Gospel
Media does not replace the proclamation of the Gospel but can support it. In this workshop, we will learn how technical excellence can serve the advancement of the Gospel message with clarity and effectiveness.

Leader’s health: Secrets of longevity in ministry
The Gospel calls us to perseverance in grace, not burnout in our own strength. A tool that is never sharpened becomes ineffective. In this workshop, we will learn how to cultivate spiritual and emotional balance for long-term ministry.
Communication that builds trust: elders – deacons – congregation – ministry teams
The Gospel creates transparency and trust in the Body of Christ. Often, churches face serious deadlocks because leaders and members do not know how to communicate with each other. In this workshop, we will analyze how healthy communication between leaders and congregation reflects unity in Christ and avoids the dangers of division.
Youth: From spectators to active disciples
Youth are not the future of the church but part of the Body today. They are the church of today, not just tomorrow. In this workshop we will discuss how the Gospel forms and calls young people as mature servants and active participants in Christ’s mission.
Generosity: Stewardship and giving that fuel the mission
Wise stewardship and generosity are not mutually exclusive but complementary. The Gospel transforms our hearts, and thus in the way we give generously and steward resources, we display Christ and His work. In this workshop, we will discover biblical principles for church stewardship and a culture of generosity that sustains mission and multiplication.
Unity in worship: Personal life, family, church
Worship is not only an individual or collective act but the response of our whole lives to the Gospel. In this workshop, we will explore how the unity between personal and corporate worship shapes healthy families and vibrant churches.
